We are a rage room, that is a safe and controlled environment where people can break things without getting in trouble.
What should I wear?
We require close-toed shoes and long sleeved comfortable, gym-like shirts and pants. We do provide coveralls, safety shields, and gloves.
What age minimum is there?
We require participants 12 and under, to be accompanied into the Rage Room with a paying adult. Guests 13 - 17 years of age will need a parent present, to sign the waiver, however they do not need to be accompanied.
What can I bring?
We require a valid form of identification.Sound equipment is provided, so you can bring a phone or tablet that can connect to Bluetooth.
What can I bring to smash?
You can bring glassware, bottles, plates, mugs, ceramics, vases, jars, and electronics. There will be a $5 -10 disposable fee for smaller items and a cost per larger items based on the discretion of our staff, in addition to the standard $39.95 entry fee. All items brought may be subject to review by our staff.
What can't I bring?
We will not allow light bulbs, microwaves, refrigerators, single pane glass items, or anything with chemicals or refrigerant.
What is the policy for customers consuming alcohol or a controlled substance prior to their SMASHiT session?
Customers who enter the SMASHiT premise, who appear intoxicated or under the influence, may be asked to postpone their session and receive a credit for a future booking.
What's the cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for a full refund.
